Response to ICO’s consultation on draft Journalism Code of Practice

In October 2021, the Information Commissioner published a consultation on the draft Journalism Code of Practice, which it is required to produce pursuant to s124 Data Protection Act 2018. The consultation closes on 10 January 2022.

We have submitted a response to the consultation.
